Jade holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Jade commenced practising as a solicitor on the Central Coast, working in a variety of areas including family law, family provision and civil litigation. Since 2019, Jade practised as a solicitor in the Newcastle area predominantly in family law.

Jade has experience in a range of family law matters including both parenting and property matters, including but not limited to:

• Property settlements – including matters that involve corporate structures, tax issues, superannuation issues including defence and police force superannuation and bankruptcy
• Spousal maintenance
• Parenting cases – including but not limited to matters involving international and interstate relocation, domestic violence and risk issues.
