Prior to being called to the Bar in 2026, Linsey was a solicitor in private practice for 13 years, during which time she was awarded specialist accreditation in Family Law and was recognized as a ‘Recommended Family & Divorce Lawyer’ in Doyle’s Guide.

During her time as a solicitor, Linsey conducted complex litigation in relation to both parenting and property disputes.

In addition to being a Barrister, Linsey is accredited as a mediator with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrator and Mediators.

Linsey accepts briefs in:

• care and protection
• family provisions; and
• wills and estates.
